2Commencement

  1. This Act comes into force on the earlier of the following:

  2. a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council:
    1. 1 July 2023.

      1. An Order in Council made under subsection (1)(a) is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
