When a final report is prepared under sections like section 22, 23, 24, 25, or 26, the Monitor must give a copy to several people. 28Final reports

  1. The Monitor must provide a copy of a final report prepared under section 22, 23, 24, 25, or 26 to—

  2. the Minister responsible for the Monitor; and
    1. the Minister responsible for the administration of the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989; and
      1. the chief executive of an agency that is the subject of the report; and
        1. Ombudsmen; and
          1. the Children’s Commissioner.
