43Arrangements with hapū, iwi, and Māori organisations
The Chief Ombudsman must make reasonable efforts to develop arrangements with hapū, iwi, and Māori organisations for the purposes of—
- supporting Ombudsmen in carrying out their duties in relation to complaints and investigations under section 39:
- sharing information under this Act.
Nothing in subsection (1) limits or affects any other legislation that applies to the sharing of information.
