11Application of Part to offenders detained in social welfare residence

  1. This Part applies to every offender detained under section 34A of the Corrections Act 2004 in a residence approved for the purpose of that section as if the offender were detained in a prison, and a reference to an offender detained in a prison is a reference to an offender detained in such a residence.
