Illustration for Parole Act 2002

When you have an extended supervision order, there are conditions you must follow. The conditions are the standard extended supervision conditions set out in section 107JA and any special conditions imposed by the Board under section 107K. These special conditions apply for the period determined by the Board.

The standard extended supervision conditions apply throughout the term of the order, except as provided in section 107K(3) and section 107O. You must treat these conditions as having been imposed by the Board for the purpose of sections 56 to 58. This means the Board is in charge of making sure you follow these conditions.
