73Arrest without warrant
Any constable may arrest, without a warrant, an offender whom the constable has reasonable grounds to believe is unlawfully at large.
Any constable or any probation officer may arrest, without a warrant, an offender whom the constable or officer has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of his or her release condition
or conditions of an extended supervision order or interim supervision order.
