You can apply for certification in a way that the Commission says you must. You might apply to be a creditor under a consumer credit contract, or to be a mobile trader, or both. The Commission will tell you how to apply. You have to give the Commission the information they need to decide on your application. This is so they can work out if they should give you certification. You need to provide this information to the Commission. You can also ask the Commission to add one or more conditions to your certification if it is approved. This means you can request certain rules to be part of your certification. The Commission will consider your request.
