Issue of certifications

131JCommission must send certification details to Registrar

  1. The Commission must send the details specified in subsection (2) to the Registrar after making a decision referred to in section 131H.

  2. The details, for each certification, are—

  3. the name of the certified person; and
    1. any conditions of the certification; and
      1. any other prescribed information.
        1. The Commission may publicly notify any details about a certification as it thinks fit.
