If you refuse to agree to end a credit contract, consumer lease, or buy-back transaction early, you are using a right from the contract. You are also using a right if you refuse to change or waive a term of the contract, lease, or transaction. This is how it works under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
