131SAppeals against certification decisions

  1. A person may appeal to the District Court against a decision of the Commission under this Part to—

  2. refuse to issue a certification to the person; or
    1. impose conditions on the person’s certification or proposed certification or vary, revoke, add to, or substitute any conditions on the person’s certification; or
      1. refuse an application to vary the conditions of the person’s certification; or
        1. suspend or cancel the person’s certification.
