Equal Pay Act 1972

General provisions - Powers of Inspectors and procedure and jurisdiction of Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court

As an Inspector, you have certain powers to help with the Equal Pay Act 1972. You get these powers from the Act itself, but you also have powers from the Employment Relations Act 2000. This means you can do things that are allowed under both the Equal Pay Act and the Employment Relations Act. You can use these powers to help make sure the Equal Pay Act is followed.
