"How the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court work to help with equal pay problems."

When you are dealing with the Employment Relations Authority or the Employment Court under the Equal Pay Act, you need to know how they work. The Employment Relations Authority has the same powers and functions as it does under the Employment Relations Act 2000. The Employment Court also has the same powers and functions as it does under the Employment Relations Act 2000. This means they can do the same things they normally do when you are dealing with them under the Equal Pay Act. They use these powers to help with problems under the Equal Pay Act.
