30DB: Effect of suspension of accreditation

You could also call this:

“What happens when your approval to measure things is put on hold”

When your accreditation is suspended, you are not considered an accredited person under this law for the time of the suspension. After the suspension ends, your accreditation automatically comes back unless one of these things has happened:

  1. Your accreditation expired during the suspension. If this happens, you can apply to renew it under section 30C.

  2. Your accreditation was cancelled under section 30D(1).

  3. Your name was taken off the accreditation letter under section 30D(2).
