38: Act not to apply to water, electricity, or gas

  1. Nothing in this Act applies to the measurement or sale of—

  2. water supplied through pipes; or
    1. electricity; or
      1. gas (other than liquefied petroleum gas that is in a liquid form) supplied through pipes.
