22BCertificate of accuracy required for certain weighing or measuring instruments
A person who uses for trade, or has in that person's possession for use for trade, a specified weighing or measuring instrument must have a current certificate of accuracy for that instrument.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
In this section, specified weighing or measuring instrument means an instrument specified in regulations made under section 41(ba) as a weighing or measuring instrument to which this section applies.
