84Availability of interim standards and guidelines

  1. This section applies to the following documents:

  2. current notices issued under section 82:
    1. standards for the time being approved under section 82:
      1. current requirements issued under section 83:
        1. provisions required to be treated as guidelines under section 83.
          1. The Director-General of Health must ensure that there are—

          2. sufficient copies of the documents available for public inspection, free of charge, at the Head Office of the Ministry of Health during normal office hours; and
            1. sufficient copies of the documents available either for distribution free of charge or for purchase at a reasonable price during normal office hours at places designated by the Director-General of Health.
