If you are a provider or the Registrar-General, you must not tell anyone information about a donor offspring. You can only share this information if the Human Assisted Reproductive Technology Act 2004 says you can or if another law says you have to. This means you need to follow the rules in the Act or other laws when deciding what information to share about donor offspring.
