75Offences related to inspections and searches

  1. Every person commits an offence who—

  2. intentionally obstructs, hinders, or resists an authorised person, or any person lawfully assisting an authorised person, in the exercise of the authorised person's powers under this Act; or
    1. intentionally refuses or fails to comply with any lawful requirements of an authorised person under this Act.
      1. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000.
