17Approved activities must proceed in accordance with applicable conditions and regulations

The person responsible for an activity approved by the ethics committee must ensure that the activity is undertaken in accordance with—
any conditions imposed by the committee under section 19 or section 21; and
any regulations made under section 76 that for the time being govern the activity.
