23If approval cancelled, activity must be stopped

  1. If the ethics committee cancels an approval, the person who, immediately before the cancellation, is the person responsible for the activity under the approval must—

  2. ensure that the activity is stopped; and
    1. comply with any directions given, under section 22(5), on how the activity is to be stopped.
