Application

43No retroactive application

Except for section 63, this Part—
applies to an embryo if, and only if, the embryo is a donated embryo, or is formed from a donated cell, that was donated after the commencement of this Part; and
applies to a donated cell if, and only if, it was donated after the commencement of this Part; and
applies to a donor offspring if, and only if, the donated embryo or every donated cell from which the donor offspring was formed was donated after the commencement of this Part.
