8: Meaning of LINZ land

8Meaning of LINZ land

  1. In this Act, LINZ land

  2. means an area of land that is controlled or managed by LINZ under a Crown land Act; and
    1. includes any part of an area of land referred to in paragraph (a); but
      1. does not include an area of land referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) that is permanently covered by water.
