You can get help from a technical adviser in the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court. The court chooses a technical adviser who is an expert in a certain area. The technical adviser gives advice to the court on scientific, technical, or economic matters. You need to know that the technical adviser gives advice in the way the court asks. The court decides how much importance to give to the technical adviser's advice. The technical adviser's advice is information for the court. The court can look at a previous law for comparison.
