Part 5Senior court Judges
Seniority of Judges
125Seniority of acting Judges
Acting Judges of a court have among themselves the seniority they would have if they were permanent Judges of that court.

When you are an acting Judge in a court, your seniority is the same as it would be if you were a permanent Judge. You get the same seniority as other acting Judges based on what your seniority would be as a permanent Judge. This means acting Judges are ranked among themselves in the same way permanent Judges are ranked.
