137Salaries and allowances of acting Judges

  1. An acting Judge or acting Associate Judge, while acting as a member of a court to the extent authorised, but not otherwise, must be paid

  2. a salary at the rate for the time being payable to a permanent Judge of that court (other than the head of that court) or an Associate Judge; and
    1. the allowances referred to in section 135(1)(c) payable to a Judge of that court (other than the head of that court) or an Associate Judge.
