97Eligibility for appointment as Chief High Court Judge

  1. A person may only be appointed the Chief High Court Judge if that person—

  2. is—
    1. a High Court Judge; or
      1. appointed a High Court Judge at the same time as being appointed the Chief High Court Judge; but
      2. is not—
        1. a Supreme Court Judge; or
          1. a Court of Appeal Judge.
