159Manner in which section 157 or 158 applications to be made

  1. Regulations made under section 156 may provide for the manner in which an application for the exercise of a power specified in section 157(1) or 158(1) is to be made, including, without limitation, requiring an application to be in a form approved for the purpose by the chief executive of the Ministry of Justice.
