Illustration for Senior Courts Act 2016

You have a Registrar who helps run the High Court. They get their duties and powers from this Act, other laws, or the High Court Rules. They also have duties and powers to help the High Court work efficiently. A Deputy Registrar has the same duties and powers as a Registrar. This means a Deputy Registrar can do the same things as a Registrar, unless another law or the High Court Rules say otherwise.
