116Director-General may issue guidelines and standards

  1. The Director-General of Health may issue—

  2. guidelines for the purposes of this Act; and
    1. standards of care and treatment of patients.
      1. The Director-General of Health must ensure that guidelines are issued, under subsection (1), relating to the prescribing of medication for patients.
