113False or misleading certificates

  1. A person commits an offence if the person—

  2. includes or causes to be included in any certificate under this Act any particular that he or she knows to be false or misleading in any material respect; or
    1. negligently includes or negligently causes to be included in any such certificate any particular that is false or misleading in any material respect.
      1. A person who commits an offence against this section is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
