60Right to receive and send mail and electronic communications

  1. Every patient is entitled to receive and to send, in a manner that safeguards the patient's privacy,—

  2. mail; and
    1. electronic communications.
      1. Subsection (1)(b) applies only if the patient has, or has access to, a computer or electronic device that enables electronic communications to be received and sent.

      2. This section is subject to section 61.
