Licences: how to get licensed

12Certified copies of licence

  1. When a Licensing Authority issues a licence, he or she must also issue as many certified copies of the licence as may be necessary to enable the licence holder to comply with section 36(2).

  2. A certified copy need not be in the same form as a licence.
