57Redemption price

  1. The redemption price of any pawned goods is—

  2. the amount of money advanced on the goods; plus
    1. the redemption fee payable by the pledger on redemption of the goods.
      1. A pawnbroker may charge only a redemption fee, and not any other fee or charge (however described), as part of the redemption price of pawned goods.

      2. A pawnbroker may advance only money, and not any other thing, on a pledge.
