82Police access to other information held by Licensing Authorities

  1. If a constable seeks any of the following information from any Licensing Authority, the relevant Licensing Authority must supply it to the constable as soon as practicable:

  2. any information contained in an application for a licence or a certificate:
    1. any information relating to changes to information provided by licence holders or certificate holders:
      1. information relating to the cancellation of any licence or to the cancellation or suspension of any certificate.
