58Redemption date

  1. The redemption date of any pawned goods is the last day on which the pawnbroker must hold the goods for redemption by the pledger.

  2. The redemption date is the later of—

  3. the date that is 3 months later than the date on which the pledge was entered into; or
    1. a date agreed to between the pawnbroker and the pledger.
