74AOrderly and efficient operation

  1. A Licensing Authority is responsible for making such arrangements as are practicable to ensure that he or she and any Deputy Licensing Authority performs his or her functions—

  2. in an orderly and efficient manner; and
    1. in a way that achieves the purposes of this Act.
      1. If more than 1 Licensing Authority is appointed, they must act together in making those arrangements for any Deputy Licensing Authority.
