Appeals

35Determination of appeal

  1. In determining an appeal, the District Court may confirm or reverse the decision of a Licensing Authority.

  2. The District Court’s decision in the determination of an appeal is final.

  3. To avoid doubt, nothing in this section or section 34 affects the right of any person to apply, in accordance with law, for judicial review of a decision of a Licensing Authority.
