Licences: how to get licensed

14Individual licence holder regarded as holding certificate

  1. An individual who holds a licence is regarded as holding a certificate for the purposes of this Act.

  2. Without limiting the general application of subsection (1), it applies, for example, to section 19, section 20, and section 32.
