When you apply to register a limited partnership, the Registrar must add its name to the register as soon as they can. The Registrar keeps a list of limited partnerships, as required by section 54(1)(a). This happens after the Registrar gets a complete application for registration of a limited partnership. You should note that the Registrar's action is also subject to section 34. The Registrar must do this as soon as it is reasonably possible.
