The Registrar has to set up and look after lists of limited partnerships and overseas limited partnerships. You can think of these lists as big records that keep track of important information. The Registrar can decide how to keep these records, such as using a computer or another device to store the information.

The Registrar can use a device or facility to record or store information, as long as it allows people to easily look at the information or make a copy of it. This means the records can be kept in a way that makes sense to the Registrar, as long as the information is easy to access.

The lists are considered to be correct unless someone can prove otherwise, and they can be used as evidence of the information they contain, as required by the Limited Partnerships Act 2008.
