If someone objects to a change you want to make to a register, you can ask the Court to make the change. You do this by applying for an order under section 61(3). When you make this application, you must tell the Registrar as soon as possible. The Registrar can then give their opinion on your application to the Court. The Court can make the change if they think something is wrong with the register. You can find more information about this by looking at s 360B.
