If you disagree with a decision made by the Registrar under the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, you can appeal to the Court. You must do this within 15 working days after you are told about the decision, or within a longer time that the Court allows. The Court will then look at the decision and can choose to keep it the same, change it, or cancel it.

The Court can also make its own decision about the matter, using the same powers that the Registrar has. This means the Court can do what the Registrar could have done in the first place. You can appeal to the Court if you are unhappy with what the Registrar has decided, and the Court will consider your appeal.
