To register an overseas limited partnership, you must give the Registrar an application that meets certain rules. The application must be in a special form, if one is required, and you must include evidence that the partnership was formed in its home country. You must also provide the names and addresses of the general partners and other required information.

You need to sign the application, or have someone sign it on your behalf, and include the names and addresses of people in New Zealand who can accept documents for the partnership. The application must also be accompanied by a fee, if one is required, and you can find more information by looking at s 336. You should make sure your application has all the necessary information to be accepted.
