If you are unhappy with a decision made by the FMA under section 103D or 103E, you can appeal to the Court. You must do this within 15 working days after the notice is published in the Gazette, or within any further time the Court allows.

When the Court hears your appeal, it can confirm, modify, or reverse the FMA's decision, or make its own decision using the powers the FMA has.

The Court can also use any of the powers the FMA could have used to make a decision about the matter you are appealing. Section 103 explains how to appeal decisions made by the Registrar under section 103D or 103E.
