10Who is ratepayer?

  1. For the purposes of this Act, a ratepayer is,—

  2. in relation to a rating unit, the person who is named as a ratepayer in the rating information database and the district valuation roll for the rating unit:
    1. in relation to a separate rating area, the person who is named as the ratepayer in the rating information database for the separate rating area.
