When you get an invitation to make a lump sum contribution, it must have all the details. This includes all the terms that apply to you if you decide to make a contribution. It must also have any other information the local authority thinks you need to make a good decision.

The invitation must tell you about the important things listed in Part 2 of Schedule 3A. This is so you have all the information you need to decide about making a lump sum contribution. You should be able to understand what you are agreeing to when you make a decision.
