130Cancellation of deficit

  1. The local authority may cancel the requirement to pay a deficit assessed under this Part—

  2. in accordance with a policy for those cancellations that is included in the rates replacement proposal; or
    1. if the local authority considers it would be unreasonable not to do so in a particular case.
