You are part of an interdepartmental executive board. Some rules apply to you like they do to a chief executive. These rules are in section 52(1), section 54(1)(b) and (2), clause 1 of Schedule 6, clauses 2 to 4 of Schedule 6, clauses 5 and 6 of Schedule 6, and clause 7 of Schedule 6. You can give some tasks to your servicing department. The chief executive of your servicing department is responsible for how you do your job. You can learn more about this in section 52(4) and (5). Your board has some powers and responsibilities. These are like those of a chief executive. You follow the same rules as a chief executive.
