  1. The Commissioner must establish a public service leadership team with the following members:

  2. all chief executives of departments; and
    1. the 2 Deputy Commissioners; and
      1. 1 or more persons from 1 or more of the following categories, as the Commissioner thinks fit:
        1. chief executives of departmental agencies:
          1. functional chief executives:
            1. chief executives of Crown agents:
              1. the Commissioner of Police:
                1. the Chief of Defence Force.
