430Authorisation extends to Registrar of Companies, etc

  1. An authorisation under section 428 or 429 applies to any other person (for example, the Registrar of Companies), but only to the extent that the acts of that person are necessary to allow the person to whom the authorisation is given to have the benefit of the authorisation.
